Training

We focus our efforts in on-site training, but during the Covid19 Pandemic we have now added ZOOM Meeting Training Classes to our lineup. This maximizes the impact of your safety and health program investment. We also strive to make scheduling as convenient and flexible as possible.

Our specialty is providing training at the highest level attainable. The quality of employee training is the NUMBER ONE factor in reducing accidents and the impact of unforeseen incidents occurring in the workplace. Our classes are developed and tailored to meet your needs utilizing the methods that will keep those in attendance engaged and motivated to learn.

While we implement different media in our classes, we are definitely prone to a more hands-on, interactive approach to our training, whenever possible and practical. In this way, employees are more apt to retain information and can better act or react in a proactive, safety conscious manner. This is how you truly create and maintain a "safety culture" at your organization, but it is only possible and sustainable from the ground up. Those in a position to mitigate down time and hazardous situations need the best tools to make it happen. That's our job, our priority.

Certifications and Memberships

All of our trainers are certified in their respective areas of specialty (OSHA, MSHA, etc.) and possess over fifty years of combined training experience. Health Connection, LLC is a certified member of the American Red Cross National Account Network or NAN, which was established to ensure consistent training across multiple locations. Larger enterprises can often find executing comprehensive, standardized training programs throughout various sites to be especially challenging. Utilizing our services helps assure consistent health and safety training for all your employees - whether your business has locations across town or across the country.

Special Projects

Safety Audits and Safety Consultation, such as a plant walk-through with one of our specialists, can provide invaluable safety and loss mitigation strategies. Call us to find out more about the types of services we can provide in this area.  We also provide Project Management Services when your organization encounters a task that involves a high degree of care in light of special safety considerations - such as hazardous spaces or unique equipment requirements, etc. For example, some cleaning issues are non-routine and involve putting personnel in precarious places to successfully clean an area. If you do not feel comfortable utilizing your employees or contracting this work directly, Health Connection, LLC can independently bid and manage the project according to our assessment of the unique specifications and risks involved.  Below is a list of what we offer.
